276.01 ESTABLISHMENT; PURPOSE.

There is hereby established in and for the City a Local Officers Compensation Commission. The Commission shall determine the salaries of each local elected official of the City, consisting of the Mayor, Council members, the City Clerk and the City Treasurer.
