272.03 ORGANIZATION; RULES OF PROCEDURE; MEETINGS.

The Historical Commission shall organize by annually electing a Chairperson, a Vice Chairperson and Secretary from its membership. The Commission shall adopt its own rules of procedure and shall hold such meetings, either regular or special, as it deems necessary to carry on its work.
