258.06 MEETINGS; RECORDS; QUORUM.

The Cable Television Programming Advisory Board shall meet at regular intervals, but not less frequently than once in each calendar quarter, and all its meetings shall be public. It shall keep a record of its proceedings. Four members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
