254.03 CHAIRPERSON; CITY ASSESSOR AS CLERK.

   (a)   The Board of Review shall, annually, at the first meeting of each year, select one of its members as Chairperson for the ensuing year.

   (b)   The City Assessor shall be clerk of the Board and shall be entitled to be heard at its sessions, but shall have no vote on any proposition or question.
