253.02 DRAFT COPIES TO BE FILED UNTIL OFFICIAL MINUTES ARE APPROVED.

Where the approval of official minutes will not take place within ten days of said meeting or presentation of same is otherwise impossible due to exigent circumstances, a draft copy of same shall be presented to the Clerk in the ten day time period until replaced by the official version.
