251.02 REPORTS; JURISDICTION; COMPENSATION.
   The Safety Director shall submit monthly reports containing a summary of work performed since the date of the previous report and containing a summary of inspections made and any hazards discovered, together with a statement as to if, and how, such hazards were abated, and any pertinent recommendations. In addition to such monthly reports, the Director shall make such other reports required by the Mayor and/or the Mayor and Council, or by other authorized officials, pursuant to the Act. The duties herein contained shall not be construed to be in derogation of duties being presently lawfully performed by any other official or employee of the City. The Director shall receive no compensation or benefits related to the performance of the duties required under this chapter.
