232.02 SUPERVISION BY CHIEF OF POLICE; RESPONSIBILITIES.

The Environmental Ordinance Officer and Special Projects shall be directly under the supervision of the Chief of Police or his or her designee and shall have the responsibility for solving problems of an environmental nature and enforcing ordinances which violate the environmental standards of the community.
