The office of Environmental Ordinance Officer and Special Projects is hereby established in and for the City. Such Officer shall perform, in addition to the duties of Environmental Ordinance Officer, such duties relating to special projects as may be assigned from time to time by the Mayor and Council. The salary of such Officer shall be determined from time to time by Council, and he or she shall receive no fringe benefits or overtime.
