230.05 COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT AS HEALTH OFFICER.

To the extent and for the time that the duties of the Health Officer under this chapter are performed by the County Health Department, such Department shall be deemed to be the Health Officer of the City for the performance of those duties.
