226.02 OWNERSHIP OF RECORDS.

The City shall be deemed the owner of all documents pertaining to the office of the City Engineer, and the City Engineer shall abide by the City Charter, particularly Chapter IV, Section 15, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this chapter or in the material.
