(a) The salary of the City Assessor shall be determined from time to time by Council.

(b) Such salary shall be paid in equal payments on the regular paydays established for classified employees of the City.
(c) The City Assessor shall perform all duties of the office as required by law and the City Charter, and shall devote such time as is necessary for the complete performance of such duties.
