214.01 SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES; FEE.

The Mayor shall charge and collect a fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for each marriage performed and solemnized by him or her, which fee shall be turned over to the City Treasurer for deposit in the General Fund.
