210.03 STUDY SESSIONS.

The Mayor and Council may elect to convene into a study session upon proper notification. Any such session shall be open to the public. Said sessions are for council discussion and review of proposals, programs and other matters of concern to the City, and no formal action may be taken at said sessions.
