209.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF RATES BY COUNCIL RESOLUTION.

Council may, by Resolution, from time to time, adopt service, fee, license, permit, application and user fee charges for its agencies and departments, said charges to be paid forthwith by the individual or business against whom or which said charges are assessed.
