204.06 INTENT; CONFLICT OF LAWS.

It is the intent of this chapter to conform to M.C.L.A. 168.644a through 168.644l, notwithstanding any law or Charter or ordinance provision which is inconsistent with this chapter. In the event of such an inconsistency, M.C.L.A. 168.644a through 168.644l shall control.
