204.02 NOMINATING PETITIONS.

Nominating petitions for officers to be filed at the odd-year general election shall be filed by 4:00 p.m. on the seventh Tuesday prior to the odd-year primary election. Such nominating petitions shall be subject to Chapter II, Section 13, of the City Charter.
