204.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF PRECINCTS; MAPS.

(a) The City Clerk shall establish election precincts in the City at the time and in the manner required by Act 116 of the Public Acts of 1954, as amended (M.C.L.A. 168.1 et seq.).

(b) The City Clerk shall maintain in his or her office, for public information and distribution, a supply of maps of the City showing the election precincts of the City.
