(a) Each copy of the Codified Ordinances distributed to an officer or employee of the City shall remain the property of the City and shall be turned over by such officer or employee, upon expiration of his or her term of office or employment with the City, to the City Clerk for reassignment.

(b) The following fees shall be charged for copies of the Codified Ordinances and for City Charter booklets:
(1) Two hundred ten dollars ($210.00) for a complete copy of the Codified Ordinances, as indexed and bound.
(2) Ten dollars ($10.00) for copies of the City Charter.
