Should any distributor or exhibitor violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 113.30 through 113.42, it shall be the duty of the Village Manager to revoke his or her license. In case of revocation of an exhibitor's license, the licenses of all machines operated by him or her on his or her premises, shall be revoked and such machines removed from the premises within 24 hours thereafter. A distributor or exhibitor whose license has been revoked shall not be eligible to apply for or receive a new license within the period of one year after the revocation.
