§ 113.42   SEIZURE AND DESTRUCTION.
   If any pinball machine is used as a gambling device or is otherwise operated contrary to the provisions of the laws of the state or of this chapter, such machines may, in the discretion of the Village Manager, be seized and destroyed, as in the case of gaming devices.
