§ 112.34   RIGHTS RESERVED TO VILLAGE.
   Without limitation on the rights which the village might otherwise have, the village does expressly reserve the following rights, powers, and authorities:
   (A)   To exercise its governmental powers now or hereafter to the full extent that such powers may be vested in or granted to the village;
   (B)   To determine through its Village Council any question of fact relating to the meaning, terms, obligations, or other factors of this franchise, subject to § 112.33 hereof;
   (C)   To grant additional franchises within the village to other persons for the conduct of CTS under any conditions whatsoever acceptable to the village, notwithstanding the same might be alleged to be more favorable than the rights granted herein; and
   (D)   To exercise any other rights, powers, or duties required or authorized, the village under the constitution of the state, the state laws, or the Village Charter.
