Where the notice provisions have been followed and the owner(s) fails to comply, prior to acquisition the village may, at its option, clear the blighted structure of debris, demolish the blighted structure or barricade such structure, as outlined in §§ 93.56, 150.27, and 150.65 of the Lincoln Heights Municipal Code.
