§ 42.11   ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS.
   There is hereby established a Zoning Board of Appeals, consisting of five electors of the village appointed by the Council.  One of the members shall be a member of the Planning Commission, whose term shall coincide with such member's Planning Commission term; one of the members shall be appointed for a two-year term; two of the members shall be appointed for a one-year term and one member shall be appointed for a four-year term.  Thereafter, each member shall be appointed for a four-year term.  All rules, regulations, procedures, requirements necessary for the operations of the Board shall be established by ordinance.  The Zoning Board of Appeals shall hear appeals of persons or companies affected by the decision of the Building Inspector and/or zoning regulations.
