There is hereby established by Council a Zoning Board of Appeals consisting of three members. The Council shall appoint members of said Board. Each member shall have knowledge of zoning laws and building structures. All rules, regulations, procedures, requirements necessary for the operations of said Board shall be established by ordinance. The Zoning Board of Appeals shall hear appeals of persons or companies affected by the decision of the building inspector and/or zoning regulations.
