§ 38.140   APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEES.
   The standing committee and their Chairs and Vice-Chairs shall be appointed by a vote of a majority of the members elected to the Village Council. All other committees shall be appointed by the Mayor, unless the Village Council otherwise directed.
