§ 38.127   PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES.
   Every ordinance shall be published once within 15 days after its passage in a newspaper of general circulation in the village. In the publication of every ordinance or resolution relating to improvements, the advertisement shall contain simply a statement of the title, number and the date of the ordinance or resolution, and a reference to a copy of the ordinance or solution, which shall be on file in the office of the Clerk of the Village Council. All legislation must be posted for at least 14 days in five conspicuous places in the municipality fixed by ordinance of the Village Council and shall be available for public inspection in the office of Clerk of the Village Council.
