§ 38.093   SUPPLEMENTAL CALENDAR.
   The supplemental calendar shall contain items and reports from the administration and standing committees received by the Clerk on Thursday after the printed calendar deadline on Wednesday. It shall be ready for distribution at 12:00 noon on Friday preceding the regular meeting of the Council.
