§ 38.087 ROLL CALL.

(A) Before proceeding with the business of the Village Council, the Clerk shall call the roll, determine the presence of a quorum and enter in the minutes the members present, absent and excused.

(B) To be recorded as present, a member of the Village Council shall be in the Village Council chamber at the time of roll call.
