(A) The Village Council shall transact business in the following order at all regular meetings. The order may be altered at special meetings and at any other meetings by consent of a majority of the Village Council.
(1) Roll call.
(2) Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.
(3) Filing of journal.
(4) Announcements.
(5) Special orders.
(6) Presentations by members of the Village Council.
(7) Consent agenda.
(8) Regular agenda.
(9) Supplemental agenda.
(10) Adjournment.
(B) After the presentations by members of the Village Council, the business of all regular meetings shall commence at the point where the order of business at the preceding meeting was interrupted by adjournment. At special meetings called for purposes specifically named, the purpose named in the call shall have precedence.
