(A) Any person who, by their actions, prevents the conduct of, or disrupts a Council meeting, committee or commission meeting, shall be removed by request of the Chair. The person shall, thereafter, be prohibited from addressing Council at any subsequent Council meeting, Committee meeting, or Commission meeting for the following 30 days.
(B) Refusal to abide by the prohibition may result in criminal charges.
