The Clerk of the Village Council shall make available to the public all records under the Clerk's control required to be made available under the Ohio Public Records Law. The Clerk may charge a reasonable fee fixed by the Village Council to cover the administrative costs, including personnel costs, of providing such records. Fees for copies shall be posted in the office of the Clerk of the Village Council.
