§ 38.015   MEETINGS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
   All meetings of the Village Council and standing committees shall be open to the public; however, the Village Council and its committees may at any meeting hold an executive session closed to the public pursuant to the law of Ohio and as provided in these rules. Except during executive sessions, all meetings of the village the Village Council and its standing committees shall be open to the news media and shall be subject to recording by radio, television and photographic services at any time provided that such arrangements do not interfere with the orderly conduct of the meeting.
