There is created the position of Tax Commissioner who shall be appointed by the Village Manager and serve at his or her pleasure. The duties of the Tax Commissioner are:
(A) Enforce the earnings tax ordinance;
(B) Mail correspondence for taxes due or delinquent;
(C) Keep records of moneys received and report such to the Finance Director;
(D) Maintain records of village residents and businesses; and
(E) Perform general clerical duties.
