(A) The Division of Building Inspection and Zoning Administration shall be composed of a Building Inspector, appointed by the Village Manager, and such other number of deputy inspectors and employees as may be provided in the annual budget adopted by Council.
(B) The Building Inspector and deputy inspectors shall enforce the Building Code, the Housing Code, the Zoning Code and such other codes as may be assigned for enforcement to this Division by the Village Manager.
