6-1-5: REPORTING OF FOUND ANIMALS:

It is unlawful for any person who takes custody of any lost or abandoned animal, or any animal running at large, to fail to report the animal as such to a special officer, animal control officer, or Sheriff’s deputy after taking custody thereof. (Ord. 2020-04, 12-21-2020)
