A. Time of Meetings; Quorum: The regional transportation commission shall hold meetings as circumstances may require or render desirable for the performance of its functions and the proper discharge of its duties and responsibilities. A majority of the membership shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of transacting business. Action by the regional transportation commission shall be by majority vote.
B. Rules and Regulations: The regional transportation commission shall adopt rules and regulations for the conduct of its business, subject to Nevada Revised Statutes chapter 277A, or any other law of the state, for the organization of the regional transportation commission and the conduct of its business.
C. Record of Transactions: The regional transportation commission shall keep a record of its resolutions, transactions, findings, and determinations, which record shall be a public record. (1983 Code § 2.30.010; amd. 2019; Ord. 2019-04, 12-16-2019)
