2-2-5: CHAIRMAN AND OFFICERS:

A. Election of Chairman: The regional transportation commission shall elect its chairman from among the appointed members, and the term of such elected chairman shall be one (1) year, with eligibility for reelection to successive terms.

B. Other Offices: The regional transportation commission shall create and fill such other offices as it may deem necessary. (1983 Code § 2.30.010; amd. 2019; Ord. 2019-04, 12-16-2019)
