2-2-2: MEMBERSHIP; APPOINTMENT:

The regional transportation commission shall consist of three (3) members who shall be selected as follows:

A. Two (2) members who shall be appointed by the board of county commissioners;

B. One (1) member who shall be appointed by the governing body of the City of Caliente. (1983 Code § 2.30.010; amd. 2003 Code; Ord. 2019-04, 12-16-2019)
