A. Certificate Required: No newly constructed building or structure shall be occupied before the issuance of a certificate of structural compliance by the county building department.
B. Temporary Certificate: A temporary certificate of occupancy may be issued by the building department for the use of a portion of a building or structure prior to the completion of the entire building or structure if said portion meets the requirements of this chapter. (1983 Code § 15.04.090)
