10-1-5: CONNECTION FEES AND SERVICE RATES:
   A.   Original Connection Fees: Original connection fees shall be established from time to time by resolution of the board of county commissioners. (1983 Code § 13.04.050)
   B.   Service Rates: Rates shall be established from time to time by resolution of the board of county commissioners. (1983 Code § 13.04.090)
