A. County Commissioners: It shall be the duty of the county commissioners to administer and enforce the regulation prescribed herein.
B. Applications:
1. Applications for permits and variances shall be made to the county commissioners upon a form published for that purpose.
2. Applications required by this chapter to be submitted to the county commissioners shall be promptly considered and granted or denied.
3. Application for action by the board of adjustment shall be forthwith transmitted by the county commissioners. (1983 Code § 18.80.120)
