On a quarterly basis, or as often as necessary to meet federal deadlines, the chairman of the Lincoln County public lands commission, or his designee, shall report to the county commission and the public on the activity of the county taken under this chapter and actions taken or proposed to be taken by the federal of state governments regarding public lands in the county.
