It shall be unlawful for any person to ride, drive or propel any vehicle at a rate of speed greater than twenty (20) miles per hour upon or along any portion of the streets and alleys within Section 35, Township 2 North, Range 69 East and specifically within the community of Ursine, save and except any state and/or federal highways.
