8-5-1: STATE TRAFFIC LAWS ADOPTED:
All laws governing and regulating traffic as set forth in chapters 484 and 486 of Nevada Revised Statutes shall be applicable within Section 35, Township 2 North, Range 69 East and specifically within the community of Ursine, save and except any state and/or federal highways, and are adopted as a part of this chapter. Any violations thereof shall be punishable as provided in section 8-5-4 of this chapter. (1983 Code § 10.60.030)
