8-2-4: SPEED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride, drive or propel any vehicle at a rate of speed greater than twenty (20) miles per hour upon or along any portion of the highways, streets and alleys within the boundaries of the town of Alamo, as the same are now, or may be from time to time, fixed and determined by the board of county commissioners. (1983 Code § 10.48.040)
