8-1-1: RECKLESS DRIVING:

A. Prohibition: It is unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle in wilful or wanton disregard of the safety of persons or property. A violation of this section constitutes reckless driving. (1983 Code § 10.04.010)

B. Violation A Misdemeanor: Any person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor. (1983 Code § 10.04.020)
