7-4-3: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

A person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be punished for a misdemeanor by imprisonment in the county jail for up to six (6) months and/or by a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). (Ord. 2008-09, 11-17-2008)
