It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of majority to be present on the public thoroughfares, streets, highways, alleys, and public domain within the county between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. on Sunday through Wednesday and between the hours of eleven thirty o'clock (11:30) P.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. on Thursday through Saturday, unless in the company of his or her parents or engaged in his or her lawful business, work, or occupation.
