5-8-4: PENALTY:
A person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be punished for a misdemeanor by imprisonment in the county jail for up to six (6) months and/or by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). (Ord. 2015-02, 9-8-2015)
