Section 5-8-2 of this chapter shall not apply to:
A. Unmanned aircraft operations, exercises, or missions authorized by the armed forces of the United States; or
B. A law enforcement agency acting pursuant to a warrant; or
C. A local, state, or federal government entity after determining that under the circumstances, there is an immediate danger of death or serious injury. (Ord. 2015-02, 9-8-2015)
